MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR SETTLEMENT IN MINORITY MEMBER SUPPRESSION CLAIM

We were engaged after our clients believed that they were being cheated by the majority
owners of their company. After conducting methodical due diligence we were able to draft a
complaint outlining a scheme of corporate abuse, breach of contract, accounting manipulation,
breach of fiduciary duty, and self-dealing, perpetrated by the majority ownership. The draft
complaint was never filed but was presented to opposing counsel, providing massive leverage
that resulted in a multimillion-dollar settlement on behalf of our clients.
